About Suhail Algosaibi

Suhail is an award-winning serial entrepreneur, strategy and innovation authority, speaker, startup investor, media personality, and activist.

 

Suhail is the founder and CEO of Falak Innovation.  Falak is an agnostic advisory that has a collaborative, dialogue and consensus-driven approach to strategy and innovation.  Suhail advocates the modern approach to strategy where it is co-created and co-discovered with the client, not handed to them on a plate, as it were.

 

He has been a serial entrepreneur since 2002 and has been consulting since 2006. He is a certified master trainer by Strategy Tools and Strategyzer. He has two business degrees and has attended numerous executive education courses including ones in Harvard Kennedy School and MIT.

Other roles:

Suhail is chairman of Tenmou, Bahrain’s first Business Angels Company, investing in scalable, technology-focused Bahrain-based companies with a minimum viable product and early signs of traction across different sectors.  He is also chairman of Ryalize, a financial wellness FinTech operating out of Singapore and the GCC. 

 

Suhail is a dedicated advocate of reconciliation and peace-building and is passionate about promoting civil dialogue in Bahrain and abroad.  He is the Founder and Chairman of the Bahrain Foundation for Dialogue (BFD).  

 

Among other awards, he is the winner of the 2015 eEntrepreneur Award, granted by the Bahrain eGovernment Authority.  

 

Moreover, he has been a member of Entrepreneur Organisation (EO) since 2006 and has served in various leadership positions within EO.  He is also an athlete and Obstacle Course Race (OCR) enthusiast and Global Brand Ambassador for Spartan Race.
